屏東和平教會《The Crux 領袖學院》創辦於2016年。The Crux 這個字的意思有「關鍵點」、「緊要關頭」、「the most important part of something（英文韋氏字典）」、十字架形狀、天文上的南十字星座。The Crux 領袖學院乃是在關鍵的時刻，將關鍵的真理，裝備給關鍵的人，使他們能站在關鍵的位置，帶出關鍵的作為，帶來改變、突破與迎接復興。

標誌的發想，我們以十字架造型的「南十字星座」，以及基因的主要載體「染色體」，作為造型基礎，以此呈現學院理念，期盼學員們活出如基督的生命。並設計學員識別證、資料夾、證書等系列產品，提供給每一位學員。
